Teen boot camps: focus on fitness, discipline, and structure in a military-like environment

Fitness boot camps: focus on fitness for kids who need to lose weight and get in shape

Martial arts camps: teach one or more martial arts, such as karate or taekwondo, which can breed discipline and patience

Troubled teen camps, also known as “therapeutic camps,” are intended to help. They offer specialized programs for teens or youth who struggle with one or more of these serious issues.
