Rubik Music School is the first non-public kindergarten in Warsaw that shapes children through a wide range of musical activities, and its patron is the well-known Polish composer and musician Piotr Rubik. The kindergarten has two facilities: in Ochota, in the immediate vicinity of Szczęśliwicki Park and in Mokotów, near the office complexes. Preschoolers actively participate in music projects, learn to compose and take part in rhythmic classes. The learning curve is adapted to the individual abilities of each child. At Rubik Music School, pre-school education also includes bilingualism: children learn the basics of English through the method of linguistic immersion, and the learning itself takes place in a fun atmosphere. The Rubik Music School uses the global English language reading (RUN - Repeat Understood Name). This technique is based on deciphering the language: from reading a given word, then through its understanding, to independent application. The kindergarten also offers workshops entirely in English: "What a wonderful world" is learning about the diversity of the world and its cultures combined with the experience of nature and "Cooking the music", where children learn to cook exotic dishes. The kindergarten's philosophy is to awaken children's curiosity to the world through art: feeling and creating. During the music classes the Lidia Bajkowska method is used, which consists in personifying the notes; this procedure allows you to quickly assimilate the basics of music to your child. Children also participate in Piotr Rubik's original workshops, where they actively listen to music and play instruments according to the methods of Batti Strauss and C. Orff. Nutrition is very important at Rubik Music School: meals are prepared from natural ingredients, which allows you to learn healthy eating habits, and the DietboxKids philosophy, that is, providing full-value and varied meals, which at the same time develops children's culinary tastes. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in Piotr Rubik's concerts and music workshops.
