This is one of the few Montessori schools providing continuity of the teaching process from kindergarten to high school. At all stages of education, the school educates children in Myślenice near Kraków, where a kindergarten (Montessori Pre-School), a primary school (Montessori Primary School), and a high school (Neo TM School) are located. Since its inception in 2014, the school has also run a kindergarten in Częstochowa. Both the kindergarten and the primary school of Neo School fully implement the assumptions of Montessori pedagogy. They offer individualized learning, adapting the didactic process to the predisposition and needs of the student, and supporting it in overcoming learning difficulties. Two teachers work in every class. In the case of a kindergarten, the class counts up to 14 children, and in elementary school 20.
There are no marks, bells or benches in the school. Students do not carry books: the educational room is equipped with a set of teaching aids that support the child's development and his or her natural desire to explore the world, where the teacher supports them and encourages them to act. The aim of the school is to prepare students for independent action and to develop responsibility in them, the skills of independent and team work, as well as respect for themselves and others. An individual approach to the student is also offered by the Neo TM School, which provides students with continuing education in the Montessori environment. It implements an original curriculum based on the MEN core curriculum, in which a special emphasis has been placed on math and language education: already in the first gradeadditional classes in math and English are compulsory. In the second grade, students choose their curriculum of interest and continue their education either in a mathematics-physical class, preparing them for studies in the exact and technical sciences, or in biochemistry, aimed at medical, chemical, or mathematics-natural sciences.
