Luckily, in Canada, there are many programs available. These camps are offered for kids of many ages, from 5 to 17. They’re also offered for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level waterskiers.
Many waterski camps are day programs. Some, though, are overnight programs. Both typically are quite flexible, offering weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly programs.
Some camps offer waterskiing, as well as other watersports, like swimming, sailing, and kayaking. They may also offer other sports activities, like soccer, golf, and baseball. Others focus only on waterskiing and possibly wakeboarding.
Whichever camp you choose, your child is sure to receive top-rate instruction. They’ll receive instruction from dedicated, passionate, and patient teachers. If they’re a beginner, they’ll learn the basics of waterskiing and waters safety. If they’re an experienced waterskier, they’ll develop and hone some high-level skills.
No matter your child’s skill level, they’re sure to have a great time at waterski camp. This sport can improve your child’s gross motor skills and fitness level. It can also boost their confidence and self-esteem. And don’t forget, it can be great fun!
There are lots of waterski camps and lessons across Canada. You’ll find many in Ontario (such as Toronto and Mississauga), Quebec (such as in Montreal), and BC (such as in Vancouver and Victoria). There are also many in cottage country.
