Ms. Fatima Ramji, Founder
Ms. Fatima Ramji personally understood the important role effective writing and public speaking played in an individual’s career. As a former Human Resources Director, she spent nearly 15 years hiring, training and advising senior managers and executives in companies such as CIBC, BMO Nesbitt Burns, and in the healthcare industry. Ms. Ramji knew technical competencies were not enough to secure management and leadership positions. Therefore, in 2011, she started looking for writing and public speaking programs for her own children. Disappointed with what was available, Ms. Ramji started researching and developing a curriculum which would later become Write on Q. This work was a labour of love for her own children as she wanted them to develop strong language and presentation skills.
