At Stand Up and Speak, our Senior Confident Communicators: Oct Saturday 2:00 PM course, students in Grades 10 to 12 will learn to build confidence through the core fundamentals of powerful speaking.

Believe to Achieve: Students explore the seven elements of the Stand Up and Speak BELIEVE method.

Skills include eye contact, vocal variety, facial expressions and gestures, stage presence, audience engagement, delivering energetic impromptu speeches, and evaluations.

Four weekly one-hour sessions: October 17 to November 7, 2026, Saturdays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. Ages 15–17. Course fee: $209 CAD. Location: 2295 Dunwin Drive, Unit 4, Mississauga, ON L5L 3S4.
