This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together and have fun!

The magnificent fridge is where we will take creative ‘inspo’ on this day. If you’re a person that simply wields a fork and eats right out of the fridge or a scintillating chef on the riviera, this session is for you! Sculpt, stitch, make and paint food themed art creations of the cutest kind. Even mean looking food art is cute! Make fun magnets, key chains, wall art and accessories that you can enjoy every day or draw still life with a variety of mediums to develop your skills in sketching, illustration and pastel art. Shhh, listen… The mini sushi is saying something ‘soy’ saucy!
