Each of our camps are high-energy, hands-on learning, and include a broad exposure to a variety of topics in science, engineering, technology and math (STEM).
Camps are developed and taught by undergraduate/graduate science or engineering students, Teacher Candidates, or Ontario Certified Teachers. In-person day camp programs are from 9am to 4pm daily for four- or five-days depending on the week. Each session will allow participants to be involved in hands-on activities, participate in mentor visits, and experience lab tours.
Get ready for a shocking experience as you explore the world of light, sound and electricity! Investigate the difference between series and parallel circuits, study kinetic and potential energy, and examine the importance of renewable energy. Gather your components as we build an LED flashlight, or save the world with solar energy by manufacturing a solar powered car.
