This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Interest and pleasure in movement and healthy living. Athleticism.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to understand the emotions and behaviors of others, and to respond accordingly. Ability to compromise and listen. Communication skills. Leadership.

This program is designed for basketball players looking to take the next step in enhancing their overall game for higher levels of competition. You will go through a variety of skills and drills, in addition to plyometric workouts to improve your game. This program is run by highly qualified and certified basketball coaches.
