About this Program

Ranch Wellness, Spring Trail Rides

  • Program for parent & child
  • Age 11 - 18+ (Coed)
  • Specialized in Horseback Riding/Equestrian and Traditional (multi activity) —offers 2 activities
  • 1 session date to choose from
  • Cost starting from $130

This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Courage: Horses are large animals and it takes courage to trust that they will look after you when you are in the saddle
  • Interpersonal skills: Horses expect you to be the leader when you take the reins in your hand. Soft Leadership is a great skill to learn from the horses.

Magical Trail Rides in Central Alberta, Canada.

Enjoy a relaxing trail ride on winding paths that lead you through our magical forests and fields. Let your well-trained horse look after you as you soak up the energy of nature. Allow the trail ride to become a Feast of Your Five Senses: See, Smell, Feel, Touch and Taste. Just Ride.

Cost: $100.00 + GST for 1.5  hours   horse experience at the ranch

Please Note: Weight limit 180 lbs, Ages 11 and up, no riding double, under 18 will need to wear an Approved Riding Helmet  (we can provide you with a helmet)

Wear: closed toed shoes, (no sandals) a 1” heel is preferred, long pants, cap, bring a jacket

Please arrive 30 minutes before scheduled ride time

All trail rides are guided, and our horses are suitable for all skill levels. We are open spring, fall and winter for your riding pleasure! *Weather permitting
