About this Day Camp

This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: We learn about healthy choices and habits, nutrition, and an active lifestyle. Campers learn how to value being fit and healthy and how it benefits your overall wellbeing.
  • Resilience: Campers learn through our group games and sports how to be resilient and try hard to learn a new skill. They learn how to deal with setbacks and how to get 'back in the game'.

HEALTH & FITNESS CAMP:

This camp will keep our campers active while learning about nutrition and healthy habits in a fun way! We will start the day with Yoga and explore different fitness streams and sports!

FIELD TRIP: Trampoline park

SPECIAL: 5% off if you book more than 1 week or bring a friend, or 10% off if you sign up siblings. Promos can't be combined.

HOURS: The regular program is from 9 am till 4:30 pm with the possibility of early drop-offs starting at 8 am and after-care till 5:30 pm at an extra cost ($50/wk for AM or PM aftercare, or $75/wk for both AM and PM aftercare).
