This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Curiosity: By fostering curiosity, we help students become lifelong learners who are eager to explore and discover—skills that go far beyond the kitchen.

Get ready for a hands-on, mouth-watering adventure into the world of chocolate! In this one-week immersive chocolate-making course, kids will explore everything from where chocolate comes from to how it’s made, and even design and 3D print their own chocolate molds! They’ll learn essential chocolate-making techniques, from tempering to creating bonbons, and get creative by decorating their chocolates with cacao butter colors.

  • Specialty Courses run for 5-day or 4-day sessions
  • There is a $75.00+HST material fee added onto the course fee
  • Specialty Courses fees include HST
  • Meal Plans are currently available at this location
