At Stand Up and Speak, our Intermediate Confident Communicators: Nov Saturday 2:00 PM course, students in Grades 7 to 9 will learn to build confidence through the core fundamentals of powerful speaking.

Find Your Voice: Self-Empowerment and Positive Communication

Skills include positive self-talk, speaking confidently about personal strengths, assertive communication, conversations, and evaluations.

Four weekly one-hour sessions: November 14 to December 5, 2026, Saturdays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. Course fee: $209 CAD. Location: 2295 Dunwin Drive, Unit 4, Mississauga, ON L5L 3S4.
