Introducing girls to the mindset and habits to be a champion! Featuring World Class Athletes & Olympians, Legendary Girls is a powerful virtual program that will inspire girls to be active during the lockdown. Each week a legendary athlete will share their healthy mindset, goal setting, and healthy lifestyle habits that have helped them win! Our motivational talk will be followed by a fun & easy pilates/yoga-inspired workout. We'll close the night with shares, questions, connections, and girl talk. One of our most special Radiant Girls programs yet!
