Grit and Grace is a fitness class just for girls that focuses on building core strength, improving posture, developing resilience, and bringing peace and love into the body through mindfulness and guided visualization. Movement will combine youth pilates, fitness, and yoga - set to hit music, motivational coaching, and finish off with age-appropriate mediations. No experience is necessary. No equipment is needed.
