Each day is filled with your choice of movement, mindfulness, games, outdoor activities, and art projects. These workshops weave our mother daughter relationship building psychology throughout. Our evenings set the stage for relationships to be strengthened, meaningful conversations to be integrated, and purposeful coaching discussions over fireside chats.

Some of the most powerful moments of our weekend are those when moms gather for their own skills session on fail proof strategies for raising healthy happy daughters. Moms have a chance to share the challenges of parenting, build a community, and support each other through these turbulent years.
