Get ready to become a master in the kitchen at Main Menu Cooking Camp, designed for aspiring chefs who love to
cook, create, and taste new dishes! This camp offers young cooks the opportunity to learn essential kitchen skills, explore different cuisines, and prepare delicious meals they can proudly serve up. Throughout the week, campers will dive into hands-on cooking lessons where they’ll learn how to make everything from appetizers to main courses, with a focus on both healthy and tasty dishes. Whether they’re chopping, sautéing, baking, or grilling, campers will master basic techniques and have fun experimenting with flavours and ingredients. They’ll also discover the science behind cooking, like how heat changes food, what makes a perfect marinade, and how to balance flavours.
