This program is designed to build the following character traits:

Curiosity: encourage teamwork and team building

Our Co-Ed Beginners program is an introduction of the game of volleyball for athletes who are new to the sport.

The program content has a FUNdamental approach and will focus on developing basic technical skills, motor skill development and team play in a fun and healthy environment. The basic skills of serving, passing, setting and attacking will be incorporated into each program and a report card will be issued at the end of each term.

This program will provide the necessary skills for athletes interested in school volleyball teams and house leagues.

Lower level gyms
Winter Session Dates - Jan 10th- Mar 27th, 2022

Time: 1:00 to 2:30 pm

BEGINNERS - GRADES 3 TO 5

BEGINNERS GRADES 6 TO 8

Our Co-Ed Intermediate program caters to those athletes who already have some experience with the game of volleyball but cannot yet commit to the Club level Competitive teams. The program content will be designed to further develop technical skills and expose athletes to new methods and tactics.

This program will suit athletes who are committed to tryout for our Competitive club level teams, as well as prepare them for school tryouts. For more information on our Competitive Club teams, visit the Indoor Club Team link.

Winter Session Dates - Jan 10th - Mar 27th, 2022
Time: 2:30 to 4:00 pm
Cost: $299.45 (includes HST)

INTERMEDIATE - GRADES 7 TO 9
INTERMEDIATE - GRADES 10 TO 11
