Paragym - Acrobatics & Parkour Summer Camp empowers kids to tap into their fullest physical potential in gymnastics and related disciplines like acrobatics, parkour, and breakdancing. Designed for ages 7 to 17, Paragym’s programming is split into AcroKids (7–11) and AcroTeens (12–17), offering age-appropriate settings that help kids explore high-energy activities, obstacle training, and circus-inspired movement.
The camp’s full-day programming has a clear rhythm, moving from technical drills in the morning to creative sequencing and themed afternoon finales. Another strength is its deep three-week structure, moving from a focus on parkour foundations and aerial circus in week one through the development of air awareness and increasingly complex movement combos in week two, then leaning into obstacle course running, slackline, and outdoor-oriented parkour challenges in week three. The energy of the program relies on a team that’s elite in strength and enthusiasm. Leaders believe everyone can learn to unlock superpowers and operate from an enlightened approach to learning, physicality, teamwork, and personal growth. Paragym is a singular way for kids from across Montreal to deepen confidence, coordination, body awareness, and physical literacy.
