Learn how to draw, paint and sculpt and bring animals to life with art. A look at anatomy: how to create basic body forms and shapes of muscle and bone structure, angles of legs, shapes of ears, hooves, and wings. Create texture with pencil, using eraser techniques for facial structure, fur, the glint of an eye, layering techniques in painting to create the sheen of fur or iridescence of feathers, and 3D in clay. We will also look at animals in motion.
