Find a Camp
Today after summer camp, the students learned how to make pizza bagels. Each student had their own job, some grated cheese, some spread sauce onto the bagels, and others prepared the toppings. Using the tool of teamwork and cooperation, the students worked together to make this delicious snack!
After the cooking was over, the students watched the film "Luca". This film shows the story of three Italian children. By having a film with a prominent culture, we leaned a dish from that culture and made it. Overall, the students got to do a hands on activity which resulted in food as they learned about different cultures around the world.
