We firstly would like to thank all of our parents for their understanding and support during this challenging time. We hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy. At Pedalheads, the safety of our participants and staff is always our first priority. We understand that many parents may have general concerns regarding the current COVID-19 respiratory illness and how it affects their Pedalheads program.
Like other companies, we are actively monitoring and following the guidance of public health agencies across North America including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and regional public health agencies.
Effective immediately, we have implemented social distancing procedures with our office staff including an indefinite work at home policy. Given this, access to our customer care associates via phone may be limited and we recommend that if you need to reach us, to contact us via email at [email protected].

As we navigate these difficult times, we want you to know that Pedalheads is still firmly committed to offering you all of our Summer BIKE, SWIM, and SPORT programs. We understand that the burdens on parents are high and we want to be there to support your planning for the summer.
