This Summer you can fly with your friends across the Atlantic Ocean from London to Vancouver. Keep reading to learn everything you need to know!
On Friday the 20th July we will rendez-vous in London, make sure you have booked your flight to London from your home location for this day. As soon as your flight touches down into a London airport one of our friendly staff will be there to meet you and take you safely back to our Central London college. Our London campus is like no other, it has very modern facilities, with en suite rooms for everyone and if that wasn’t enough it is opposite big ben and the houses of parliament! On the Friday you will make yourself feel at home, have a bite to eat at our themed dinner from around the world and you can then enjoy the evening with the rest of the Canada group and the London students at the weekly disco! But be sure to get a good nights sleep.. we have a busy schedule on Saturday!..
Saturday the 21st of July will be our date of travel to Canada, Vancouver to be more precise. We will make sure you have had a good breakfast before we are off to the London Gatwick airport (Please see below for which flight to book in advance). There will be a friendly Academic Camp Canada staff who will look after you and the rest of your group all of the journey. If you have any problems you can ask them and they will make sure you are safe and comfortable, all the way from London to Vancouver. During the flight you can kick back, relax and catch up on the latest music and movies. You can be rest assured that the other side of the flight you will have a short transfer including a ferry before you are on Vancouver Island at our magnificent campus ahead of a Summer of memories you will never forget!
Important information about flight details and cost:
It is important that you book the specific flight in advance this will be the flight we take together: the outward flight on the 21st July 2018 is the Air Transat (TS577) 10:30am from London Gatwick arriving to Vancouver at 12:15pm. The return flight on the 11th August 2018 is the Air Transat (TS676) leaving at 15:35pm from Vancouver arriving into London Gatwick 09:05am.
There is a extra cost for this service of $300CAN. This will pay for the accompanied flight both ways.
