TORONTO SCHOOL OF ART is gearing up for their Spring and Summer Youth Programming and Art Camps. TSA Family Art Studio is a unique course that offers creative families and opportunity to explore a variety of art materials & techniques as a fun, creative, intergenerational experience for all. Kids and their adult family members create works of art side-by-side and families are often introduced to different artists & styles for inspiration. No prior art-making experience is necessary, all are welcome!

Our next FAMILY ART STUDIO is: DYOM: Design Your Own Monster!
| Saturdays, 9:15 am - 12:15 pm, May 10 - June 21 |
Children and their parents/caregiver will have the opportunity to design their own monster or imaginary friend. The course will begin with drawing and conceptualizing their creature. They will apply their design to create different products like T-shirts, key chains, and fabric using a woodblock printing technique. After completing their monsters, students will create a back-story and give their creations a name with their own tag.
Note: This course is suitable for children ages 7-10 and their adult caregivers. This 6-week course runs May 10 - June 21. There will be no class on Saturday May 17th, due to Victoria Day weekend.

Tuition fee per term: $325 for child (ages 7-10) plus one adult. | $50 per additional family member
Materials fee: $50 per family (includes snack)
