New North York and Forest Hill Campuses Now Open

Power of Words Academy Expands to Better Serve Young Scholars Across the GTA

Power of Words Academy is thrilled to announce a significant expansion for the 2026/2027 academic year with the official opening of two premier locations: our brand-new Forest Hill Campus and our prestigious new North York Campus at York University’s Glendon Campus. These openings mark a milestone in our mission to provide world-class literacy, public speaking, and critical thinking enrichment to students across the Greater Toronto Area.

Starting September 2026, our North York operations will move to the York University Glendon Campus, located at 2275 Bayview Ave (Bayview & Lawrence). Situated within the Centre of Excellence Building, this new location offers our students an inspiring, collegiate environment that mirrors the academic rigour of our programs. This campus will serve as a central hub for our specialized training, including World Scholar’s Cup preparation and intensive entrance exam coaching.

Simultaneously, we are launching our Forest Hill Campus at 298 Lonsdale Rd (Avenue Road & St. Clair Ave West). This location brings our flagship programs to the heart of one of Toronto’s most vibrant communities, offering our full suite of courses from Grade 1 Phonics to our advanced Grade 2-8 Reading, Writing, and Public Speaking curriculum.
