In our two-week CANSail 2 Program there is an emphasis on fun, safety and fundamental skill acquisition. Participants will sail by-themselves on a small single-handed type of boat called a SailCube or Optimist Dinghy or with friends on a multi-person boat called an RS Quest. Perfect vessels for sailors who are learning the ropes!
In this program participants continue to develop their basic sailing skills through fun and interactive lessons. CANSail 1 level or equivalent experience required.
Our Sail Canada certified instructors teach participants the skills required to skipper their own boat, including:
Campers in this program work towards achieving their CANSail 2 sailing level, but our main goal is to get campers comfortable on the water and having fun in boats!
