In this special session, gallery explorations and studio projects are designed to nurture appreciation of the natural world and the importance of environmental stewardship. From painting en plein air to making art with objects found in nature, campers will polish their observation skills and fine-tune their creativity while discovering the biodiversity of the Humber River Valley. To allow campers to understand better Indigenous community’s relationship to nature, we will welcome Don Chretien, an Ojibwe artist whose art focuses on the connection between natural and spiritual worlds.
