Luminara Launchpad: Navigating Success at University & Beyond (2-Day Program)

This dynamic 2-day workshop is designed for high school seniors, university students, and young adults who are in the transition phase of their life, be it from high school to academic settings or into the professional world. The Luminara LaunchPad equips participants with a strong foundation in essential soft skills such as Navigating Change, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Leadership, and Effective Communication, all integral to professional success and personal growth.

Participants will delve into an intensive curriculum that merges theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring a holistic approach to developing as future leaders. 

The workshop covers a range of pivotal topics including  embracing change, cultivating EQ and enhancing interpersonal dynamics, fostering effective communication and teamwork in new environments, managing time effectively and preparing for leadership roles.
