This program includes mindfulness practice and relaxation, which supports self regulation and helps to relieve anxiety.
Deep Stretch sessions are more of a Hatha style where stretch poses are held for 6 to 8 breaths and work to improve flexibility and strength. Deep Stretch sessions are quite relaxing and rejuvenating.

Duration: Every Wednesday at 7:30 pm EST for 60 minutes.
Class Requirement: Minimum of 3 participants required, otherwise class may be rescheduled.
