Friendship and How to Make Friends: Building positive connections and understanding the value of supportive friendships.
Week 2
Peer Pressure: Learning strategies to confidently navigate and resist negative influences.
Week 3
Relationships: Exploring ways to establish and maintain healthy relationships.
Week 4
Self-Care: Understanding the importance of mental, emotional, and physical well-being
Week 5
Learning Boundaries: Recognizing and setting personal boundaries to foster respect and self-confidence.
