About this Day Camp

Crescent Camps, Sports-Ball Hockey

This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Interest and pleasure in movement and healthy living.

Ball Hockey 

Missing hockey season? Campers of all levels will develop and improve their passing, shooting, and teamwork skills, while also learning both offensive and defensive strategies. Through conditioning sessions, drills, and games, campers will both improve their hockey abilities and enjoy our nation’s favourite pastime…in the summer! At the end of each week, campers will take part in a competition and playoffs, where they can display their new skills! (there are two age groups, 8-9 and 10-11 years old both weeks the camp is offered)

Campers must supply their own:

Hockey helmet with a cage

Shin pads (either hockey or soccer)

Hockey gloves

Hockey stick

*Please note there is no camp on Wednesday, July 1 (Canada Day) and Monday, August 3 (Simcoe Day).
