Let’s get the kids cooking and learning this summer!
Weekly 1 hour classes where they will be making snacks, learning the necessary food safety, nutrition plus cooking essentials like basic knife skills, simple stove and oven safety and a whole lot more! Since Kathy’s a teacher, there will be grade appropriate curriculum-based material on healthy eating, science, math, social studies and some fun language based activities available to print as worksheets that relate to the lesson.

Some parent supervision is advised in your kitchen. All the recipes will use common ingredients, with lots of substitutions possible to accommodate what is available. An email with the zoom link and ingredients will be sent out prior to the class.
