Rowntree Montessori Schools’ variety of kids camps range from DinoQuest adventures and farm animal adventures to STEAM, theatre arts, and cooking, to coding and high school prep. Freeform learning is built into the school environment, with facilities that match. Specialty art programming helps young creatives aged 5 to 13 engage in a variety of media including pottery while specialty coding camps inspire collaborative learning while exposing kids to fundamentals of programming and beyond. Perhaps the hallmark of Camp Rowntree is the combination of patient and caring yet expert instruction provided by experienced instructors. Many of them are staff of the school, deeply experienced in combining learning with personal development—an important byproduct of this camp experience.
