Facility Improvements at Rivers Edge

Rivers Edge Camp & Retreat Centre is using the Holiday Season to complete several renovations at the Chalet and Activity Centre.​  A new stairway is being installed at the Activity Centre to provide a better experience moving up and down the stairs.  The pitch of the stairs is being reduced and a landing placed at the centre point with a 90 degree turn to improve safety and movement.  In addition, the second floor of the Activity Centre will have new flooring and carpet throughout.  The Chalet facility is also undergoing renovations with new paint throughout the facility, new carpet and flooring, bathroom upgrades, new doors and lighting and new stoves in the kitchen area.  The stoves will be user-friendly, while the bathroom upgrades will provide a larger space for use.  The goal is to provide a better user experience for all guests.  All renovations should be completed by mid-January.
