Online @ GAA
GAA has launched its new remote learning platform, Online @ GAA through the tireless efforts of teachers and staff working together to maximize the remote learning experience for students. Our platform features online video conferencing lessons, 1:1 teacher conferencing and chats, interactive slideshows and curriculum materials, as well as exciting learning tasks and activities for each subject area.
With the support of our parent community, students and teachers, GAA is able to stay connected to our families as we navigate the new challenges of remote learning platforms together. Students are encouraged to maintain flexibility in their at home learning plans, which enable physical and fitness based exercise, emotional and social connections, and reflection.
As we remain fully committed to the success of our students, GAA has launched a variety of learning resources for exploring social-emotional health and wellness, online conduct and etiquette, as well as outreach initiatives through our Parent Council, Teaching and Administrative Teams. From homeroom check ins, to magical mail deliveries, and local food bank donations, GAA continues to make a difference and support our community when it matters most. We are confident that our resilience and strength as Highlanders will enable us to navigate and overcome this challenging period, together.
