Wednesday March 29th: Capri Everitt
GAA students and teachers gathered in the gym for a group assembly with Capri, Everitt, an activist, singer and student leader. She shared her amazing stories of travelling, getting to know other cultures and celebrating their unique differences. Capri also shared information about her SOS charity and the important work she is doing around the world to help others. Students were motivated and inspired by her special story of activism and change making!
Thursday March 30th: BRAVO
Parents were invited to attend the special BRAVO ceremony for the Grade 6 class on Thursday March 30th at 11:30am. Students shared their BRAVO projects, which took the form of power point presentations, display boards, and skits, in order to showcase what they learned throughout the program. Plaques of participation were awarded to each student for their contributions and hard work over this 9 week program. Well done Grade 6s!

Grade 1 & 2 Intramural League
Grade 1 & 2 students are participating in a low organized, cooperative skills based Intramural League Tuesday and Thursday mornings until April 6th. The club focuses on developing leadership and sportsmanship skills through the use of teaching based games and interactive activities and drills. Students enjoyed participating in this fun and active group!
Before School Volleyball
Thank you to those students who participated in our before school volleyball league with Coach, Mr. Fretz and Ms. Murphy. Students worked hard to develop their coordination and passing skills, as they worked on drills and games to improve their form in this active sport! Well done!
