Fieldstone artists never cease to impress. Last month, in honour of Remembrance Day, many of our students created stunning Remembrance Day posters that were entered into a regional completion hosted by the Royal Canadian Legion. Students took the assignment very seriously and proudly displayed their art at our solemn and moving Remembrance Day Assembly.
The results are in and our students WON all three top spots in their category! They will receive certificates as well as financial rewards for their impressive accomplishments and a member of the Legion will visit our school in person next month to formally award our recipients. We can't wait to celebrate the artists' well-deserved achievements. Well done, students!
