On Monday, September 25, our Student Council held its annual Terry Fox Breakfast. It was a busy morning from the beginning; however, with the help of everyone involved we were able to serve more than 130 breakfasts. It was great to see so much enthusiasm from JK up to senior students participating in this great and worthy cause. The students enjoyed a variety of breakfast foods, including pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, bacon and juice. It was great to see the whole school come together for such a worthy cause. Thanks to the generous purchases of breakfast, the Student Council raised over $650! This amount will greatly contribute to our school's fundraising goal that will directly benefit the Terry Fox Foundation; way to go Huskies! A special thank you goes out to all the students and staff members who helped in the preparation and serving of the food!
