The music department includes multiple choirs and bands that regularly attend competitions and earn awards, while the school also produces two drama productions each year.
Families are also often surprised by the range of global learning experiences offered, including international trips and a long-standing Dominican Republic missions trip. One section of the Grade 10 Civics and Careers course also includes a week-long travel experience connected directly to classroom learning.
