KINGSWAY COLLEGE SCHOOL SECURES SITE FOR SENIOR SCHOOL
OPENING SEPTEMBER 2021
ETOBICOKE, ONTARIO, January 31, 2020 --- Kingsway College School (KCS) today announced that it has secured a site for its Senior School which will open in September 2021.
The contemporary location is at 2183 Lakeshore Boulevard, Etobicoke, near the base of Park Lawn Road. The space consists of the entire second and third floor of commercial space at Empire Eau de Soleil condominium towers. It has a dedicated entrance directly on Lakeshore and also includes access to an expansive, landscaped rooftop terrace above the 3rd floor. The property sits next to the stunning greenspace along the shores of Lake Ontario. Fields, wetlands, a butterfly habitat, nature trails, and kilometres of bike trails are at our doorstep.
“This moment in our history reflects many years of effort and learning on the part of hundreds of members of our community. The spirit of KCS’ founders remains in the heart of KCS and our community, and has brought us to this exciting new chapter for our school,” said Derek Logan, Head of School.
“A Town Hall is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 11th, at 7:00 p.m., at KCS in Canada Hall to celebrate this milestone. This will be an opportunity to learn more and ask questions about the Senior School. Please feel free to bring a friend. Welcome to our journey as the new K to 12 Kingsway College School,” added Logan.
