One of the best classes to help your kids develop their fine motor skills, creativity and imagination is our sewing and patterning class. Students in this class get familiar with the basics of sewing patterns, dressmaking, fabric selection, fabric design, sewing aids, special cuttings, preparation and care, etc. Students receive regular feedback from their teachers until they produce their final artwork and present it in our seasonal exhibitions at CCSA.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: These CCSA series of classes encourage the development of a creative skill set that has broad application in everyday life. Classes are led by practicing artists and the school provides a safe environment for children to experience the personal satisfaction that derives from guided self-expression.
  • Interpersonal skills: Students are given the opportunity to work together and learn from each other in a contemporary learning environment.
