Eligibility Details: Students from Gr. 4 to 8 are eligible.
Talented and motivated students in grades 4 to 8 are eligible to audition for a program of choral training. Children at Christ Church Cathedral School will be able to audition for one of 22 ‘choristerships.’ These scholarships of one thousand dollars per year each will be deducted from students’ tuition fees, and are made possible through generous grants from Christ Church Cathedral’s Music Endowment Fund and the Cathedral School.
Students who enroll in this program can expect to gain a world-class musical education, including exposure to a wide range of quality music, opportunities for national and international tours, experience as team players (and leaders), a chance to contribute to music on a professional level, and an excellent social experience and opportunity to make new friends.
