There is a large variety of extracurriculars despite the small school size, with activities that cater to students who like arts, sports, academia or many other things. With various sports teams, master-track, a worship team, musicals, Christmas performances, math competitions, intramurals and much more, any child can find something they enjoy to become a part of and make many friends doing it as well as learning life skills along the way.
When I was a student, I was able to participate in the sports team. OCS provides opportunities for older students to compete on sports teams. While competitive, coaches and teachers teach students valuable lessons, such as how to be a team player and show sportsmanship. I also participated in a "Battle of the Books" team, where a group of students read assigned books and then competed against other teams from different schools in a trivia tournament.
