ONSITE CAMP PROGRAM
Prestige School is proud to offer a fun-filled onsite summer camp experience for children ages 3 to 12 years old. We have earned a strong reputation of providing a unique camp experience that combines both educational and physical activities and promotes academic growth and fine motor and fitness development. Each week, campers will be placed in groups with children of similar ages. These groups will be well supervised by our dedicated staff for each session. Students will be provided constant support and supervision as they endeavour through their various activities including Math, English, Art and French classes, science experiments, sports, co-operative games and much more! The Prestige School Onsite Camp program is scheduled to open on Monday, June 29, for nine weeks ending on Friday, August 28. This is subject to change based on ongoing guidelines and restrictions as directed by the Government of Ontario’s State of Emergency. A typical day starts at 8:00 a.m., with breakfast provided at 9 o’clock. Following breakfast, the children are led outside for outdoor sports and activities. After our 10:30 a.m. snack, kids attend two classes during which they work on improving or enriching their knowledge in the subject matters. Following lunch, students will proceed with enriching, child-centred experiences. Prestige School Administration will be monitoring best practices in jurisdictions outside of Ontario and strict measures under the advisement of the Ontario Ministry of Health guidelines will be in place to ensure student and staff safety.
PRESTIGE SCHOOL VIRTUAL CAMP PROGRAM

Prestige School is happy to provide you with virtual interactive sessions throughout the summer months! Help your child make the most of their break with virtual online camps taught by dedicated instructors. Our programs are a wonderful way for your child to pursue their passions and interests or catch up on concepts missed during the school year as a result of the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. Your child will receive carefully developed virtual lessons and instruction in the comfort of your family's home. Alongside other students in a synchronous learning environment, your child will participate in classes, communicate with our dedicated teachers. Each camp consists of sessions running throughout the months of July and August, starting on Monday and ending on Friday, parents can choose daily or weekly full time, part time or hourly programs to suit their needs and their child’s interests. Packages can also be purchased for bi-weekly or tri-weekly sessions. We even offer credit courses for students seeking to meet requirements for Math, Science and English. Sign up for one course, or all of them! We will be adding new camps periodically so be sure to check back often!

In this course, students will explore different forms of writing and composition and delve into a number of poetic forms.

Character development, plot, mood and tone and the addition of detail are just some of the exciting concepts that will be touched on. The camp is sure to foster not only your child’s creativity but also their personal development. Along with other fellow writers, they will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills and showcase their work in a collaborative setting under the tutelage of our skilled instructor.
WORD POWER: DEBATE, LEADERSHIP AND PUBLIC SPEAKING

Students will be introduced to such useful principles as posture, vocal projection, active listening and persuasive arguing.

READER’S RETREAT: READING AND LANGUAGE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

This course will provide guided instruction to facilitate language growth and develop comprehension skills.
This course is specifically designed to encourage language growth and reading comprehension. Each child will receive reading instruction focused to his/her needs. With the aid of lessons and engaging stories and materials, instructors will foster students’ comprehension skills and help to build a true love of reading.
MATH MATTERS: MATH TUTORING AND ADVANCEMENT

Our experienced instructor will use guided lessons to enhance students' ability to write, speak and read in French.
Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to improve your child’s French skills. We will provide French classes for those students who are interested in improving and enriching their grasp of the French Language. The course will cover an exploration of conversational French, including in-depth discussions and vocabulary practice. Students will also be given the opportunity to practice comprehensive grammar, reading, listening and creative writing skill. For this course, students, along with our experienced instructor, will conduct virtual science experiments and create objects that allow them to learn more about the world around them and the laws of physics that govern it. We will inspire and encourage creativity and ingenuity all while helping your child to learn and further their knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.
VIRTUAL INNOVATION: PROGRAMMING AND ROBOTICS

Our experienced instructor will conduct interactive lessons to develop students' coding skills and programming capabilities.
In a fun, interactive, self-paced environment, we will help your child build on their coding skills and programming capabilities. Students will also learn how to build and program robots. Learning and having a keen interest in design and engineering will aid your child in future opportunities. DIVINE DANCERS
Express yourself creatively through dance!
This course will enable students to unleash their creativity and express themselves through dance and movement.
Our engaging dance instructor will enable your child to build their self-confidence, express themselves in creative ways and explore their inner emotions through the world of dance. What better way is there to spend the summer than dancing, learning, making new friends and having fun! Students will be introduced to movements associated with Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, and so much more!
YOUNGER LEARNERS: FULL AND HALF DAY PROGRAMS
An Exciting Virtual Day Camp Experience!
Our instructors will guide students through various virtual academic and artistic programs on a full or half day basis.
For our Preschool through Grade 8 students, we will be offering full and half day sessions which include a variety of different classes. Students can take part in English, Math and French classes and choose from other courses catered to all interests. For our Kindergarten students, we will also be featuring Life Skills programs which focus on teaching self-care and self-sufficiency as well as critical problem-solving skills. Our goal is to provide an academic environment with smaller classes and fewer learning hours designed to further students’ educational growth during the summer months.
CREDIT COURSES
Prestige School will be providing fully online, high-quality Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) credit courses to students in Mathematics, Science and English. Prestige School is an inspected private school granting OSSD credits to graduates of our programs.
