The teachers at CGS were excellent. They appear to truly love what they do. After having children there for nearly 10 years, I was amazed at the ingenuity that the teachers had to inject fun and mew ideas to keep children engaged, interested and proud of what they are learning.
Teachers at CGS are generally very passionate and loving. There are many faculty staffs who have been with CGS for a long time and are very knowledgeable and experienced about their subject. The younger teachers are all very passionate and go above and beyond. The small size classes enable teachers to give individual attentions to each student, allowing different students to learn at their own pace.
The teaching at CGS is well above average. The teachers go above and beyond to deliver a personalized curriculum to the kids. They have creative and engaging ways of teaching the material and utilize a variety of tools to deliver content (field trips, guest speakers, demonstrations, smart boards etc).
I cannot say enough good things about the teachers at CGS. They are all extremely friendly and kind and seem to really care about the best well being of the children. My son had a short period at the beginning of the school year where he would cry daily at drop-off and not want me to leave. His teachers handled the situation exceptionally well, coming up with different strategies to help him feel more comfortable and secure in his new class. I always felt/feel like he is in the best hands possible. Whenever I am with my son at school and we encounter a teacher, they always make time to chat with him or share a special anecdote with me about his day. I love the family atmosphere the school has to offer. The teachers treat the children (and their parents!) like family.
