Forest kindergarten Cuda na kiju” - is an unusual educational institution, using in the process of education and upbringing the natural conditions created by nature, and the curiosity of the world accompanying children. The institution implements the original program "Miracles on the Kiev. Forest kindergarten in French ", drawing on various methods and educational trends that ensure the comprehensive development of the child, mainly from the teachings of Janusz Korczak and Dr. Maria Montessori. Most of the classes are conducted in the forest, in which the facility is actually located. There is no bad weather in the class program - they take place outside during both sunny weather and during rain or frost. According to the Montessori pedagogy, nature is a source of inspiration, observation, delight, a place of fun and natural experience of phenomena. The kindergarten building is mainly used as a place where children rest, eat meals and prepare for further activities. Every day is another portion of adventure, observing and experiencing the surrounding world, learning cooperation and independence, developing communication skills, interests and mobility, caring for the environment, and above all great fun, supervised by educators, closely watching children, orienting them and supporting in the search. During this "fun", children naturally learn French and Polish, which makes it much easier that they are accompanied by two guardians - French and Polish. English is also taught. Kindergarten is intimate - it runs only one group of children aged 3 to 7 years, which can count up to 15 people. In addition to the help provided by nature, it has an educational room with teaching aids typical of free education (wooden boxes, boards, stones, etc.). Despite such an unusual approach to teaching, the institution fully implements the core curriculum, and children are prepared to learn in both Polish and French schools. And do not get sick.
