This program includes mindfulness practice and relaxation, which supports self regulation and helps to relieve anxiety. The school age children would also learn about yoga philosophy and culture (i.e. what are “Singing Bowls”, how do they work and how are they used?)

Age Group: 6 – 12 years old
Duration: Every Tuesday at 7:00pm EST for 30 minutes.
Class Requirement: Minimum of 3 participants required, otherwise class may be rescheduled.
